What is a good LUFS value?
Streaming services often normalise around −14 LUFS (Spotify and YouTube) and around −16 LUFS (Apple Music). Settings change over time, so check the current guide of your platform.
Is this a certified meter?
No. It follows the ITU-R BS.1770 method but peak is sample peak, not true peak. It is accurate enough for checking a mix, not for broadcast compliance.
