    How is Orthodox Easter calculated?

    It follows the Julian calendar rule for the spring full moon, then is moved to the Gregorian calendar. The tool uses the standard Meeus algorithm.

    Which holidays are shown?

    The Greek public holidays, including the ones that move with Easter: Clean Monday, Good Friday, Easter Monday and Whit Monday.

    Is it the same as Western Easter?

    Often not. Some years both fall on the same day, most years they are one to five weeks apart.
